At NovaNex, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, NovaNex does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

When you purchase a digital product from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Digital products cannot be returned after delivery or download.

• We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases.

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product.

• The digital file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
